What file types do you accept?
We accept JPG, PNG, TIFF, WebP, and HEIC images. You can upload them individually or as a .zip archive — we'll extract all images inside automatically.
How long does processing take?
Most batches are processed within 5–10 minutes. You'll receive an email with your download link when it's done.
What does "deskew" mean?
Deskewing automatically detects and corrects any tilt or rotation in your scanned images. If a page was slightly crooked when scanned, we straighten it so the text and content are properly aligned.
Is my data private?
Yes. Your images are processed automatically and never viewed by anyone. They're deleted from our servers 7 days after processing. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
Why is there a $0.50 minimum?
Stripe charges a fixed fee per transaction, so very small payments lose most of the value to processing fees. The $0.50 minimum covers 5 images at $0.10 each. Try the free demo first — one image, no payment needed.
Can I get a refund?
If the tool doesn't work correctly on your images or you're unsatisfied with the results, email alan@tidyarchive.com and we'll process a full refund. No questions asked.
